Jordec - reversal into Vislink ? (JDG)

Hi Folks, It's the first time I've posted here . I can see there are a lot of informed postings.I thought you might like to hear of a company that has yet to receive the kind of attention it deserves.I've copied it from my earlier post on Moneyworld but it hasn't the .com name to appeal....yet. I'd appreciate any comments. Jordec was mentioned in the Sunday Business yesterday (6/2/00)as possibly intending to reverse into Vislink which has Bob Morton as it's Chairman. I believe he also has an interest in Jordec. Vislink are mentioned in a February edition of a well respected tipsheet stating that they expect details to be announced in March alongside 1999 results of an aquisition that will increase the groups technology offer. The purchase is likely to be a cash/equity offer. Jordec Group are not in talks with companies relating to a possible offer for the company, however they are in detailed discussions with a business group that may lead to a reversal of Jordec Group into this target. Mr. Foley went on to say that there would not be an announcement this month but he was endeavouring to conclude the details for an announcement next month. Mr Foley said he would discuss the company in more detail tomorrow when he has more time on his hands. Mr Foley was extremely couteous and helpful, its a shame other PLC execs arn't as helpfull. The word is that a substantial acquisition could be on the cards which would transform the company. Dealers say Jordec may be buying a subsidiary of a public company in what would be effectively a reverse takeover More news is expected by early next month. It appears that Jordec's reversal is very much on the cards and I am more than happy to have a small stake in the company in what I think will be a quick and easy profit. What do you think?
