15/12/2020 10:16 | Talk on LSE boards of Polish company Aforti who have been working all year on setting up a listing in London, is the company reversing into HWC See their website going back to the summer and Aforti reports. HWC director Maciej Szytko was made a director of the newly created Aforti PLC on 3rd Sept 2020. (coincidence? PLC execs tend to be directors of many firms) This is the latest one relating to London listing. No mention of HWC in any of the updates. Reports only refer to 'the issuer' Aforti are getting very close to listing looking at this report and HWC last update also gave the impression it will be trading again before end of year! Coincidence? All seems a bit too good to be true. Thoughts? | phil1969

Based on discussions with potential acquisition targets over the summer, the Board is optimistic that the Company's shares will be relisted on a public market shortly Fingers crossed-lets hope its a winner and the share price takes off. They certainly have spent some cash keeping it going. | loobrush
