14/2/2024 11:58 | Graph doesn't look good This may hit all time lows | hamidahamida
23/1/2024 07:09 | Cheap as chips. Good to see cash has gone up £440k in last 6 months. I see they are recruiting at the moment. | chillpill
04/1/2024 14:52 | Nice bowl forming on the charts. Lets hope a year of recovery. Does look cheap at these levels. | the shuffle man
30/11/2023 12:33 | A strong year with revenue likely to increase to around £6.20m (2022 £5.35m)and EBITDA of at least £0.4m (2022 LBITDA £0.4M). They still have a healthy cash balance of £2.8m which has NOT reduced from 30/06/2023 when they had £2.8m. They are also due R&D tax refund of at least £0.3m which will increase the cash balance to over £3m. The cash pile is worth apprx 50p. The Directors remain confident in future performance and expect a strong pipeline of new business and increasing visibility to continue. | z1co
28/11/2023 07:25 | That’s a very Tidy update. Look forward to reading the Cavendish report but looks dirt cheap. Personally I think the share consolidation was a complete waste of time. Only winners were the advisors. | chillpill
01/11/2023 21:36 | These consolidations are never truly about narrowing the spread or attracting new investors, they reduce the numbers on the shareholders register and making it easier to undertake a raise, if the need arises, at a big discount, which would not be possible with a share price of under 2p. | clocktower
01/11/2023 10:50 | Out now & going to buy WJG | blackhorse23
01/11/2023 08:29 | I thought the idea was to narrow the spread | davemac3
17/10/2023 08:41 | I'm afraid company is run by a useless management, sofar done nothing but destroy shareholder value | hamidahamida
05/10/2023 10:50 | Twelve months or so down the line, I expect another cash raise, hence they needed to consolidate now, so to raise at a big discount I guess. It all looked positive until they took advantage of the cheap money last time they raised and got to big for their boots. | clocktower
05/10/2023 07:03 | Desperate measure, an irrelevant share consolidation. Get out there and sell some software... I really dislike this company. Fluff everywhere IMO. | eezymunny
05/10/2023 06:53 | As majority of shareholders are pis who are use to seeing the share price in penny's and when basket case companies do consolidation of shares the shares tank further due pi's not grasping high price So I see share price tanking further after consolidationCash burn is a major concern here | hamidahamida
05/10/2023 06:45 | Useless management wasted all that money on development of beepro no that's binned.. Shares at all time lows Useless ceo has no clues how to raise profile of the company with investors Basket case management | hamidahamida
04/10/2023 17:15 | It seems to me that things have not gone well and the director buy was to try to keep the share price up. Cash burn will kill this, making mistakes and pausing development is not good. DYOR. Glad I got out when I did, some time ago. | clocktower
25/9/2023 07:37 | I think I'd want them to be spending on R&D at this stage particularly as they explain where they have been spending in the report. That said there is always the risk that they just don't quite get to critical mass and that the churn is because their products are not that meaningful for clients but it seems more that they have suffered from some clients going bust IMO. The US opportunities sound encouraging. I think I'm more of a pending mug on this one than a confirmed mug. | hydrus
25/9/2023 07:20 | No H on H revenue growth and still burning through the cash (800k in the H?). Beware the nasty companies quoting EBITDA whilst capexing stacks on R&D. You´re being taken for a mug IMVHO. | eezymunny
25/9/2023 07:07 | That worked out wellForecasts downgraded although EBITDA positive so that's decent. There is clearly a proper goring business here that will generate good profits in time due to the high margins but it might take a year longer. I'll have to wait! | hydrus
23/9/2023 17:41 | Well I added more on the dip - results soon so I'll be keeping everything crossed. | hydrus
20/9/2023 10:45 | Hopefully it shows the start of some momentum building in the US. | the shuffle man
20/9/2023 10:14 | hardly worth announcing that contract | davemac3
13/7/2023 09:17 | I like a lot about this company. My biggest question is why doesn’t the CEO own more stock?. She made close to £5m on Wey Education. Bit surprising she only has a v modest shareholding here-just 1.6m shares. | chillpill
20/6/2023 20:48 | Very close to cashflow positive now and looks like things are progressing well in the US which should flow through into revenue next year. “We are very busy in the US, with a partner-led strategy and have added six partners within the last year. We are optimistic for further growth in this market.” | chillpill
01/6/2023 08:43 | Over the last 10 months I have been picking up a few here and there. It takes patience buying. It seems completely under the radar which is perfect. £3m of cash and on 10x next year and growing at 30%. A stock that could do really well next year…..as long as they keep hitting targets. If they start to get US traction they it could really go. The management have built and sold businesses before which is a big tick. Annual report published yesterday confirms management aren’t taking big salaries. Gives examples of the Tesco relationship etc. | chillpill
04/5/2023 17:33 | Agreed, the IOT offering is going to be a key driver by the look of it. | geraldus |
