Who are the new kids on the block?

Does anyone have any knowledge or information about the New Opportunities Investment Trust? As far as I can see it was first quoted a few days ago. Now today it announces the following investments:

bought 90m (26.56%) OST; 25m (15.6%) GRE; 40m (25%) ENU; 21.2m (22.78%) RGT; and, finally, 25m (17.89%) NCS.

That lot has probably cost them well over £300k. I am intrigued to know more about them. I see they are quoted at 88p/98p, so an inmvestment in NOI might not be a great opportunity, but why have they bought into all these tiddlers?

Who is on the board? I see the contact named in the announcement is a 'Lancaster', but why is he buying these bombed-out shares!!
