04/4/2024 06:26 | Agreed, once 3% gone, the forced seller cleared, it can be driven by newsflow, hopefully positive! DYOR | qs99
03/4/2024 22:07 | Downing now down to just over 3%...pretty good going since they were at 14% on 22 Jan. They will soon be cleared out and hopefully that'll allow for a run up to 15p over the summer. We should have a H1 update in July and maybe even a Q1 update this month. | gleach23
28/3/2024 17:17 | QS99, it's good to see steady buying. I have been here for many years and this steady buying and share price rising is at last a most very welcome sight. Easter wishes. | twodegrees
28/3/2024 09:10 | Good to see some buys coming in as NBB gets noticed IMO.... tried a dummy sale for only £5k to see what MMs wanted, was given price way over bid which is encouraging! as 2D said above, tightly held, so more decent news, some IR or a tip should see this really motor...lovely stuff happy easter! QS99 | qs99
28/3/2024 08:51 | Should be net cash by the end of this fiscal year, generating North of £1m EBITDA and growing IMO/DYOR Re-rating of share price could allow all share deals or conservative use of cash to bolster business while continuing to organically hire/set up Management have all to play for here, and IMO this should trend much higher.... Our ambition remains steadfast and we will continue to pursue our aggressive growth strategy, whilst remaining profitable and cash positive, both organically and potentially through synergistic M&A opportunities...Supp | twodegrees
27/3/2024 21:31 | In profit.....and with only 62m shares in issue, and 75% of those tightly held (including 7% by Directors), this has a MCap of less than £4m | twodegrees
27/3/2024 16:30 | Rising after the results , not many small stocks do that. Well done holders. | z1co
27/3/2024 15:06 | I am still amazed that downing sold out before the results, surely they would have been better to wait...but hey, if they have gone then they had no interest in being here, so goodbye and good riddance | twodegrees
27/3/2024 13:57 | If they can get their paper properly rated, they can then look to do some all share deals, tie key people in with equity - classic buy and build, but hopefully with very good organic growth which is what they are showing at the moment. | qs99
27/3/2024 12:20 | Remember a large percentage of the shares are in the hands of a few, free float of shares is low, I will check back on previous announcements, but it doesn't take many trades to move the share price | twodegrees
27/3/2024 10:05 | Fair point, but shows how tightly held and unknown it is as well. | qs99
27/3/2024 09:36 | Maybe waiting on the presentation | twodegrees
27/3/2024 09:22 | and zero market buys or sells on that RNS....astonishing! | qs99
27/3/2024 08:02 | Cracking set of results IMO....net cash rising nicely despite the investments, as is EBITDA...DYOR | qs99
26/3/2024 17:37 | where the trades roll overs ?? | twodegrees
26/3/2024 17:17 | Interesting trades just shown | twodegrees
26/3/2024 17:16 | will be an interesting RNS indeed. Still 4% to go as well. | qs99
26/3/2024 17:13 | So downing has dumped another load of shares, but who has picked them up?? | twodegrees
20/3/2024 22:33 | Final results will be out a good 2 months earlier than recent history...hopefully that bodes well | gleach23
20/3/2024 13:18 | As I say above, they are winding down ALL their investments, I would probably have waited some more, but maybe, let's see, a buyer emerged for half the stake so why not take it off the table as that is their mandate they have? DYOR I'm new to NBB, I like the statement about £1.25m EBITA in 2025, if they get anywhere near or above that, the net cash IMO should be v. material and EV/Market cap much higher than today! DYOR | qs99
19/3/2024 11:55 | Qs99, thank you for your reply. I am hopeful of a better set of results, having been here for over 10 years, averaging down, and sitting on a large paper loss. Downings timing is strange to say the least. I would have waited if I was them until after results, unless they know something that we don't. | twodegrees
19/3/2024 07:38 | Because 2D as I understand it DSM are winding down their business, so selling ALL the stakes they hold. THAT is problematic for a company of NBB size as a material holding shown to MMs in an illiquid stock could see it halve in value overnight IMO.....desperate seller etc etc.... so offloading it with no material move on share price IMO is a good news story...>DYOR Now just to offload the other half! Cheers QS99 | qs99 |
