Recent rise in price has taken it to the top end of the downward channel it has been in since April and a breakout will signal a strong CHART BUY. Added to this you have Oppenhiemer buying a 9.7% stake. Is this a prelude to a TAKE OVER? In the meantime there is a 6% YIELD.
