My thoughts exactly. Lost c.75% of investment here. Such is life. My only gripe is that they should allow those who want to continue to hold, to bottom-drawer the shares in the hope of getting something in the future. Instead, another party comes in and benefits from the upturn that's on the way.

Yes of course you are right Trigger Blade. Very sorry to all those who needed a lot more than 96p to recover pre-P4E losses.

I've made a very small profit overall which I'm happy with as I was sat on losses from the minute I bought ! (At least 1.5 years ago) I only managed to recover losses by adding around the 74p level a few months ago when the company put itself up for sale.

I have a feeling the market maybe expecting a counterbid in the coming days / weeks.

Level 2 looks pretty solid at present.

Steve111, you're assuming all current holders bought at lower than today's price. It isn't quite such good news for those holders who bought at prices higher than today's price, it just means a smaller loss for them.

When I say them, I do of course mean me ;-)

No comment, clearly everybody has sold. I wonder if there is a rival offer. We will have to see what the company says to shareholders.

Silverbullet63....Where did you read that ? Presumably there will be an update at some point from the company otherwise all this including the paper stories are just noise. I am going to attend the AGM in a couple of weeks so hopefully an update then at least.
