ok, normally a formal name change only takes a couple of days to register at companies house these days so should get the confirmation with an update next week i reckon. keep em peeled

18.8m is only around GBP600K at 3.5p so shouldn't be that difficult to find a buyer for that amount.

picked up a couple of lots at 3.65, would be good to see Tudor taken out before 31st oct, would expect to see this back to 5p+ in the short term

this is looking a tad decent value down here if u consider the eur11m cash +usd6m grant to repay their loan. would expect a trading update on 31 oct at the GM which i think will be decent in an attempt to get the share price up a few smidges. am gonna pick a few up in the morning.

Only have a small stake and am not considering selling as I do think their clean energy projects will have value.
However Im not adding until the directors show confidence in their "new" strategy by buying in and Tudor have finished selling. Otherwise the share price may well see continued weakness - as demonstrated by being able to buy below mid for many months now.

Fair enough, but what is needed is forward price momentum. From memory there are circa 18m of carbon credits o/s @ stressed price, but dont know what maturity profile is. Realistically all the projects are small so even if maturing ccs are reinvested in new projects what is going to drive price? I struggle to see where critical mass will come from and it is all very well having a cash shell with a few projects, but black hole projects can and do dissipate cash.

The company's direction hasn't actually changed!! Nothing has - apart from the name! Purely cosmetic and no one will be fooled! Cash on the balance sheet, yes, but what about the liabilities? Cant change them!

A name change to Camco Clean Energy makes sence to me as the company has a new change of direction.

This may be the kick start the price needs to reverse and reflect the cash assets and standing in the industry this special company has.

They have also been selling SNRP, RNS yesterday and many would say they're undervalued too.
