A safe harbour considering the balance sheet strength and revenue predictability. Still think the risk-adjusted return on this over the last 15-months has been grossly under appreciated. Well done holders.

Still a huge spread between buying and selling price.
Often the case at the start of the day before volume sicks up.

GFRD went ex divi 7.5% nov 9. paid dec 8th.

There seems to be something wrong with the closing price quote.
It closed at around 230p but ADVFN quote 220p. It should correct itself tomorrow.

@6646 - It went ex div today so 7.5p of the fall is probably linked to that.

Bigger news is the change of CFO...Andrew Duxbury has got himself a hell of an interesting job (PSN) but who will replace him?

Yeah they probably should have provided colour on FCF, EV to EBIT multiple near and medium term. They gave scant detail and that is quite poor. Generally, if you have picked up a bargain you typically shout about it. If it is not a good price because of the quality or growth potential that is fine - but state that.

My guess is that paying for it out of cash reserves has meant the market anticipates a drop in dividend payments, ignoring the special of course.

Obviously the market thinks not.They need to issue more financial details about the acquisition, otherwise the market thinks the worst.

The new acquisition for 7m looks a good fit and will help broaden the client's to the group.
