US proceedings end of 2024 unless there’s a settlement before. Still holding a few since 2007! GLA longs if there’s any left 😀

Appears nothing going to happen here for another year, unless settlement agreed prior to hearing! GLA

The market makers know what's coming hence they take all of this stock on board and lift the price

So, they are paid more than the present market cap in a settlement of a small part of their legal proceedings. Interesting.

Almost $200 mil of sales it will have for full year at this rate and their stake valued at £3 mil+ debt

Looks like Snorkel is still being run into the ground on purpose, cannot stand Americans when it comes to business, rather than make money here they seem to want to lose more and more because of Tan holding 49%

Value will out in the end

Well 2539 of Peel's Hunt 150k buy order at 1.5p has been filled so they do a AT and it shows 25% down on the huge spread.

Say on Monday just 1 share on the 2.5p offer orders gets filled it will show as 66% up if the price closes at 1.5p because of these sets tiny trades

$41 mil sales in a quarter so looking at $150-200 mil sales in the year.

I know it's loss making (maybe on purpose) but 49% is going to be worth a hell of a lot more than the current market cap.

Tan just need to hold out and eventually they will get a settlement or maybe somebody connected with the company offer to buyout the 49% stake for a substantial amount.

See double figures here at some point

Market cap £3.6 mil

Investment worth £19mil+

But that might drop

Cannot see a reason to sell this low, it's 5 x multiple difference if they have a happy outcome here.

This is a 300p share all day long. Once established the business the share price will fly through that mark

Has anybody got a view on this.

Perhaps they could explain to me all this litigation and what does it mean.

Because 49% of a US company with growing turnover of $70 mil in 6 months is going to be worth a lot more than £4 mil market cap.

I've read old Rns's and admit I do not understand it all
