20/9/2021 19:30 | from companies house... Chairman's statement I hereby present the financial statements for the year to 31 December 2020 for Red Leopard Holdings Pie and its wholly owned subsidiaries (together the "Group") and an update on its current position. Throughout the period the Company has continued, and is still continuing, to try to identify suitable opportunities to bring the Company back to life. It has given up trying to conclude the transaction previously reported on with Capital Resources Inc and Sloane Energy Group. The impact of COVID 19 has curtailed the ability to pursue and identify opportunities but we are starting to see signs of improvement and prospects are being seen. The Company remains committed to an active approach to try to secure a transaction for the benefit of Shareholders and we will update when we are in a position so to do. 09/6/2021 20:38 | In my opinion just kicking the can down the road. Very frustrating. The thing is this chairman is involved in other ventures where company is suspended for long period of time e.g. berm. Beginning to think a big fraud? | fsa15

04/3/2020 06:21 | Another AIM scam. This unfortunately wont relist. I've not even bothered trying to contact them again, as they just tell you rubbish to keep you off their back for another few months! | fsa15
03/3/2020 22:51 | Last meaningful contact was in Oct 19 by Biglad. "All, just spoken to John May. The coal deal could still happen but is unlikely as at the other end a number of the parties have fallen out. RLH posted accounts as they have a number of other opportunities they are pursuing which they are hopeful will come to fruition. As to when who knows but some deals are in the pipeline. They do wish to realise shareholder value which is why they are continuing. Positive news but obviously needs to be followed up by an announcement and a relist. The message is still consistent with what I was told in June which is better than not posting accounts and being struck off. Again a case of wait and see". | coley15
03/3/2020 22:08 | does anyone have any update re this share | twodegrees

02/1/2019 10:33 | Based on the board's communication (or lack of it), I'd say more chance of Woolworths coming back. | coley15
01/1/2019 20:34 | does anybody know if this is coming back | twodegrees
13/9/2018 20:57 | Agree. But will we actually get an “it’s all over folks” announcement from the company to put us out of our misery? Their communication post delist has been p1ss poor so I’m not holding my breath. | coley15
11/9/2018 15:05 | This is a dead dog Spoke to Tony back in June ...sounded more optimistic then. But since the last piece of news I've written this one off. NEVER will I take a punt in a shell again. Took the risk and it didn't pay off. Just need closure from the company to say it's over rather than dragging things out with poor pi's living in false hope! | fsa15
07/9/2018 15:38 | costapacket...what news have you heard... | twodegrees

15/8/2018 16:36 | See at least there's some sign of life. Company accounts filed at Companies House yesterday. Of note: “Having spent over £600k specifically in relation to the transaction in the period, the Directors have continued to work to complete the Proposed Acquisition. Completion will be conditional on the Company undertaking an IPO, with a view to securing a suitable listing in conjunction with the execution of a simultaneous fundraise. The Company remains committed to completing the Proposed Acquisition and is open to, and pursuing, other possibilities should this not complete within a reasonable timeframe”. | coley15 |
