...I seriously doubt that. Without Wren/BOD having clear legal control of the said assets. Any "dish-out" funds will more likely get consumed as cost for trying to detangle this mess with their creditors.

R.I.P Wren indeed.

according to the allegations contained in the document circulated by the directors the properties supposedly owned by the company were actually owned by companies in part owned by the chief executives wife

The CVA package is important, if it is passed all existing shareholders will be diluted to near zero, the creditors dominated by Director Mr Wainford and Wainford Holdings will take control of the business.
Accordibng to the papers there has been fraud within the Company, however the Directors give no explanation of who knew about the arrangements, and this CVA which has been rushed out without an AGM being called so that shareholders can ask questions looks suspicious.
Please vote against the CVA and lets call for a shareholders meeting when proper questions can be asked

Does anyone know what the Voluntary Arrangement vote is about? It poped up in my TDwaterhouse account with Yes, no, abstain and no detail.

Is this the end then?

"Accordingly, the Company will release, prior to 31 January 2011, interim results in respect of the six month period ending 31July 2011."

Must admit that shows foresight!

Barley breathing, but there is a pulse. Relief Dominic Waisnford on board to try steer ship off rocks. Maybe a deep discounted rights issue coming. DW has a lot of monies in this pig in a poke, lets hope with his guidance and honesty we can get it off the death slab. Mr Butterfield seems helpful to respond to shareholders concerns if you call him.
