23/12/2011 13:30 | Agreed Stegrego. Absolutely scandalous | osammyboy2
23/12/2011 07:34 | In one of the incidents, an unnamed company - believed by The Daily Telegraph to be Legion Group, a manned guarding company which went into administration in August 2010 - saw debt increase by 40pc due to a large acquisition, leading the directors to issue a short-term working capital loan to the company. But the stock exchange announcement which telegraphed news of the loan failed to mention it was the result of "unexpected changes in its banking facilities" which had left it unable to fund some of its payroll. Shares in the company rose by more than 80pc following a later statement in which it said it was trading in line with expectations and due to a strong order book. Within two weeks of that statement, the company's shares were suspended, and it went into administration a week later. Indeed and they should bloody sue the directors too as it was totally out of order and fraudulent, the whole episode. | stegrego

17/8/2010 21:53 | Business and assets bought by OCS Group UK Limited. See posting by Stillster of 16.19 on LSE website of today. I doubt if there will be anything in it for shareholders. Well and truly misled by Management!!!!!!!!!! | jashunter
12/8/2010 08:19 | the undue haste in which the company assets were sold off beggers belief - a company with 60 million turnover regarded as of no value to any other company is IMOP bordering on fraudulant - how many companies were approached i and all shareholders would like to know - on the face of it it seems as usual shareholders have been very badly let down | only1buster
