Its' quite amazing how SNAK upticks on even the very modest sized trades....a lift on almost every small buy, well as far as Level 2 shows.

There must be something worthwhile going on here, I do feel.

Why wait until the last possible moment to tell shareholders about the accounts not having a clean audit? Still a shareholder BUT thankfully sold most a while back so not too exposed - let's hope there's a return to the market later this year!

Uninvestable as the bank and the largest shareholder have the upper hand in the negotiations now. Most likely outcome is a hugely discounted rights issue to shore up the balance sheet, and the bank then agreeing to a renewed credit facility.

6. Since end of August 2013 I've stated takeover by Boris Belotserkovsky was always an option. IMO it's a cert now and with the figures I've highlighted it has to be circa 40 - 50 pence

Westhouse tell me that the AGM will held shortly after the AR comes
out which will be before the end of September. Not sure of reason
for delay to results so will check.
