06/1/2018 00:10 | This is far from dead. It has been given a breath of new life and is arising. Forget the flowers and fruit baskets, it needs a little money to get out of the hospital bed. There is a deal for self regulated eligible shareholders to participate. Ubecoin RTO. See hotcopper or LSE | beton2

22/9/2017 17:14 | Peterhouse completely shafted this one - if you take the view that it was not already completely shafted by previous management. | sweet karolina
19/9/2017 10:11 | I dont think the new Nomads will allow a deal along the lines of the one proposed by Peterhouse. Its not in the interests of existing shareholders. | taxibabe

15/8/2017 19:58 | They won't get another Nomad. This is a dead duck | defcon3
15/8/2017 19:03 | I suspect Peterhouse has received a warning from the regulator about their previous conduct. They have agreed to fund the company further if a nomad can be appointed and the AIM regulators allow the company to remain listed. All three are tied in together. None can happen without the other. I'm certain the company has the financial support of Peterhouse. With Peterhouse's financial clout they could easily get another nomad but its down to the AIM regulators if they want NYO to remain listed. The RNS also talks about a substantial discount. The stock is already at 0.015p for goodness sake. What are we talking about 0.010p? | pwhite73
15/8/2017 17:21 | Goodnight NYO.. About time it got slung off AIM | defcon3
15/8/2017 15:57 | Think it's risky and may not happen but it's still possible! | casano
15/8/2017 15:31 | GOING BLUE | falia
15/8/2017 15:17 | casano The AIM regulators will instruct nomads not to take on a particular company if they deem the company has or is likely to bring the market into disrepute. Given recent events here do you honestly think that is a hurdle NYO can jump. I'll pop back on 17/08/2017 and I shall be dressed in all black. | pwhite73
15/8/2017 15:12 | 50 Mill sell someone wants out | letmepass

15/8/2017 13:39 | Not quite, for 2, they are already listed so doesn't really apply. They get nomad/broker as require by aim rules, they keep they're listing, simple as that! | casano |
