I have not hosted a thread before,so might need some support - but here is a thread for the new co. awaiting ADVFN to recognise it.

I do not know why the drop in share price today, hopefully contract wins in the future will see a move north.

vfast, the last paragraph of your above post is an extract of what I wrote in post 3483. It's not a statement made by adin1.

adin1 copied my post 3483 in full into his post 3498 and added a one-line question at the end.

I think adin1 was genuinely asking if there had been any reply to my post about Journeo (which there had not). Adin1 does appear to be overwhelmed by the information he's reading.

His post 3541 is over the top. My advice to adin1 is that he should slow down and DYOR, which is a significant task and doesn't require any antagonistic BB posts.

adin1,

No I'm not suggesting what you state the £1.28bn is over 5 years which started this year. The money is to upgrade transport infrastructure and comply to new government transport regulations.

I only give an opinion or state what's in the public domain and if you care to DYOR you see £1.28bn is over 5 year which peaks in year 2021-2022 with just over £500 million.

I have never worked for the company in any roll what so ever and have never received any form of payment in cash or in kind.

IF I did have any inside information I would NOT put it on a BB because that is a criminal act.

I'm not anonymous there are people that post on this BB which know me and have met in London at AGM's and they will confirm that I don't work or on their payroll.

I'm retired and live in Northumberland and only a simple shareholder who thinks the company has good potential. I intend to be at the AGM next year so if you are around it would be a pleasure to meet you.

Thanks Zoolook.

adin1 click onto zoolook link and you will see where the £1.28bn come from and what it's for but better still DYOR.

All in my humble opinion.

Good grief - what are you on?

vfast said nothing that hinted at inside knowledge

So are you suggesting they now have access to the 1.28bn if so on which contracts?

In the interests of "DYOR" will you confirm what is your role at this company are you an employee, ex employee/director or something else perhaps, such as a consultant or business advisor?

In essence are you paid or do you bill this company for your services this will assist greatly in understanding if your posts are impartial.

After considering the company's position regarding the Consolidation, Sub-division & Name Change I'm totally in favour of their proposals.

The company has been transformed over the last 2/3 years and should be reflected with a new name and the present name does not suit the company, after all we are now in the 21st century which implies today's technology rather than future technology.

A clean sweep in the share register with an appropriate name change and we can look forward to the future in a restructured business with new technology to meet transport operators needs with cost savings and with new government regulations.

Plus, for transport operators and local authorities government has made available 8 x fold increase in Transforming Cities Funding (TCF) over 2020-2023 (£1.28bn).

IMO this could get very exciting...we shall see!

Yes, good way to round off the week. I'm sure I recall the price being over 20p way back in the Toad days...be nice to think we're heading back up there.

A year ago C21 announced a distribution agreement in U.K. and Sweden with the French manufacturer for SMARTVISION. C21 described the agreement as "strategically important". https://www.sustainable-bus.com/parts/adl-with-smartvision-cameras-and-displays-in-place-of-mirrors/

Touchstar TST did a 40:1 a while back to purge the register and it was a positive move imo. I'm currently pressing another micro-cap Board to do the same.

As I understand it, you divide your shareholding by 4000 and then multiply by 250 - effectively 1 new share for every 16 held currently. Anything leftover after dividing by 4000 is sold with the proceeds being returned to shareholders unless it is under £3 when it is given to charity.
