i believe it is appropriate for all densitron shareholders to thank the chairman mr holmstrom for his excellent achievements and also mr gillenhammer who supported the company with personal loans when cash had dried up for densitron. many thanks!

Except that the Claessons and Peter Gyllenhammar are very close. They have form on this front, just look at Leeds Group (LDSG).

"may well have........" and what IF there was a concert party - for which there is absolutely no evidence what so ever - would that have been better than the 11p now on the table? and what about your insinuation there was an insider trade days before this was presented. again: time for an apology, arthur lame?

You may have a point LCD, but it is all over and time to move on.

================================================================

this is true - it will be over for all the staff , and quixant can abosorbb their customers over 2 years

So Baner

This was not reported to the market at the time and the Claessons and Gyllenhammar may well have formed a concert party which should have bid for the whole company yet didn't.

Strikes me as stinking if you want my honest opinion.

Hi Valhamos

O.K. - here goes:

Michael Pegram is quoted as saying that 'The acquisition will complement Quixant's move into the provision of displays to its gaming customers, alongside the specialised computer systems it currently supplies.”

How?

Which displays?

Why Densitron?

One has to wonder what it is that Mr Pegram is expecting to receive. Beyond what he could have equally received by buying any other struggling display distributor. My point is simple - what does Densitron add to Quixant?

heartylaugh

Nothing to say on the acquisition of the company? You have been very assiduous in letting us know your thoughts on all things Densitron over the years. Surely you are not going to disappoint us at the end?

@ Clocktower,

wow - coincidence , I was just talking about the divisions which had split from Densitron in the past, Quixant had done best of the bunch.

Could it be the ultimate karma, ex densitron directors, pushed out by current densitron ceo years ago, now back with a cash buy ,

dead wood clean out

Sorry to see it go; it's been a reasonably good investment for me over the 11 years I've held. Always had the potential for achieving a lot more but never quite managed it so can't complain at the offer.

you need to read the claesson announcement again - the shares were acquired many years ago.so yes, you are indeed suspicious for no reason - maybe an apology would be appropriate here.............
