I can't say I'm surprised to see that this has happened. As you say, it's a bummer for those who have realised that some of us were calling it right.

On the up side, I'm in vgm and solo at the moment. Not quite sure which way solo is going to go, but very confident on the future of vgm.

Will pop in here from time to time to see what other comments people have to say

Hey nancy, some of us have done pretty well here, it was always a high risk share , and even you should be able to understand that , now lets get on to hawk shall we , you have been ramping that dog like mad and as there are thousands of holders on that board , the recent drop and your continual ramping has cost holders hundreds of thousands...so get real pal , you are a novice at this game.

ps its known as trading both up and down ...risks are always there!!

Sovereign Oilfield calls in administrators

Sovereign Oilfield has called in administrators because it is unable to meet payments to creditors.


It said the board had appointed John Bruce Cartwright and Graham Frost of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP to act as administrators with immediate effect.

The board has been in continued discussions with its lending consortium to re-negotiate the terms of its existing loans as the board has been uncertain that the Group's future trading performance will be able to support the current levels of debt.

The firm says it has received a number of enforcement orders from its creditors and without continued support from the lending consortium it is unable to meet these payments.

The Board announces that it has requested that trading in its securities be
suspended with immediate effect pending clarification of its financial position.

As announced on 19 January 2010 the board has been in continued discussions with
its lending consortium to re-negotiate the terms of its existing loans as the
Board has been uncertain that the Group's future trading performance will be
able to support the current levels of debt. The Company has received a number of
enforcement orders from its creditors and without continued support from the
lending consortium it will be unable to meet these payments.

This one looks like it may have bottomed out, might have some shortly, hope you guys are in (SOLO) looks like the news is due within the next week, at .6p a steal, looking for 5p + on the news, even that maybe conservative.
