HOPE THE PRESS GET HOLD OF THIS STORY...THESE GUYS NEED EXPOSING

IMHO WTV is vulnerable to bad publicity at the moment. Their largest client is the Government and many of their clients are large multinational companies who look after their shareholders relatively well.

When it becomes widely known that WTV treats it's minority shareholders very badly, their clients, including HMG, will not want to have anything to do with them.

For casual visitors, the recent history of WTV is one of repeated dilutions in favour of greedy Concert Party members and Directors.

There was also a very undervalued disposal in 2005 of a subsidiary,Kamera. At the time, Kamera was sold to some anonymous "high profile investors" for thousands of pounds. Recently, we discovered that Kamera has been sold for millions. The question is, who are these investors who have become rich at the expense of WTV shareholders? And how did the auditors who valued Kamera at the time of the disposal arrive at such a ridiculously low figure? WTV either cannot or will not tell us.

Roughly a year ago, the company was delisted from AIM and transferred to a market run by a company called JPJenkins. Their website is frequently unavailable and it is virtually impossible to trade WTV shares through this company. Consequently, WTV shareholders are in a limbo where we cannot sell our shares for a reasonable price. WTV Directors are trying to sell the company, but they seem determined to ensure that minority shareholders will not benefit from any sale. Directors and the Concert Party have recently changed the rules to ensure that they will become very rich in the event of a sale of the company.

WTV have treated their shareholders very badly, however this does not stop them from telling their client companies (they do shareholder webcasts for multinational companies) how to use modern technology to improve investor relations. Hypocrites the lot of them!
