Has the Board of Directors gone on holiday ?Produce shareholder value .

What it the management upto .It is ridiculous that management has kept quiet while the share price has dropped to these levels .Is there going to be a bid or not? What about the benefits of restructuring ,just more exceptional charges and pension shortfalls ? When will this management admit they have made a mess and exit with an agreed bid and allow some remaining value to be rightfully returned to shareholders before it all goes to pot .There is always tomorrow they will say. Do it now now .
