Have started the new thread - had the Header waiting, but hadn't chased for the new EPIC! Apologies to Purplebox, but obviously more needed in a header for this company. Hope to see you all over there:

In case anyone is still searching EPIC is PCTN

Maybe you should change the heading, Skyship?

"As a result of the passing of Special Resolution 1, on or around the 1(st) June 2011, the Company's name will be changed to Picton Property Income Limited ("Picton"), reflecting the planned internalised structure of the business."

Is it time for a new thread following the name change to Picton?

Perhaps I am the last man holding for the steady dividend yield.

Results - no great surprise and another 1p dividend plus modest asset appreciation.

Sit back and enjoy dividend yield and modest capital growth.

OK - sorted this out.

ING REIT is not a UK REIT - infact it's not a REIT at all.

It's a 'Real Estate Income Trust'.

Goes ExDiv next week - it's a REIT - are the dividends paid net of PID?

Shoved my money back into IFD whilst its still around the 39p mark. Fantastic dividend yield there >9% PA trading reasonable discount to NAV and have little doubt that some stage 2011, it will zoom back to 46p as it did last September.

I also note anothet holding of mine at recent highs again today, IRP. Nice yield there too, but discount to NAV not as great albiet it debt situation slightly better.

All fun and games, still dont understand what drove the IRET price here, answers on a post card.

Yes it is the same. The zeros result from a takeover it made earlier this year. Don't know code - IREZ???

Can anyone tell me if the IRET mentioned in this RNS is the same as IRET here?

Also what is the EPIC for the Z's?

I noticed that a number of Property shares have achieved reasonable progress over the past month with some trading at near their NAV's.

Could it be that investors from the Bond Market are reducing their holdings in fixed interest and placing the proceeds in property shares - specifically higher yielding equities?

The sale of the Canary Wharfe building to JP Morgan (reported today), may provide a sign of returning confidence.

Out at 53.25. No trouble selling my holding. Trade not yet showing. Need to find a 7.5% yield now to replace the income.

Edit: I confess to being uneasy about selling. There must be something driving this increase.

Invista Foundation Property Trust (IFD) still offering 8.9% yield. IRP Property Investments (IRP) yielding 8.8%

I agree may still be a little to come.
PS If you find good yield ideas for ISA holdings they are welcomed.
SIPPS tad easier

.....but could still go a bit higher yet. I'll hold on a while longer to see what happens. Yield is still tasty and this is a cornerstone of my income portfolio. In the meantime, I'll eye-up some alternative high yielders.

Well done you two - this was my favourite overweight property company & I allowed myself to be scared out of it. Double DOH!

Certainly looking too high now that's for sure...

Agree, Madmix, there is better value elsewhere. I am out at 53.25.

Wonder why the (very welcome) recent rise, though.
