02/7/2009 15:39 | How appropriate that this company should be heavily in debt? Maybe they should pay someone a few grand to get something they could get by themselves for nothing, that being an IVA. I Hope this pile of poo goes under asap. | 25cent
02/7/2009 10:53 | Down 33%? RNS wasn't that bad yesterday! Possible bounce on the cards? | mike_f

08/3/2007 15:57 | There are busy building a database of introducers to their new product range by including accoutants to their line of introducers. This will further the speed at which products will go through. | windmill shares

26/1/2007 20:00 | . "Admission to AIM is a significant and positive step for Money Debt & Credit as we seek to become a dominant brand within the UK IVA market. The funds raised put us in a strong position and allow us to actively pursue our aggressive growth strategy which is backed by a strong management team and a robust business plan." This 'robust business plan' will be severely tested. They will have to use the money raised very intelligently to survive. | kingfast

22/1/2007 18:48 | That 600k trade was a "Cross at same price". This is defined below: The transaction was effected as an agency cross or riskless principle trade between two member firms at the same price and on the same terms. | hartlepoolfc2

21/1/2007 00:33 | IVA's are big business at the moment, not a lot of shares out there. I expect this to rise even further next week. | hartlepoolfc2

18/12/2006 16:41 | Dear FLC, I agree with you , unless the regulatory and PR issues sourrounding IVAs change then this area will not recover quickly. Most of the listed co.s go out of their way to say they are offering best advice. I can't distinguish MDCG's low cost product offering as any different from CLEARDEBT, which I hold anyway. These guys are experienced marketing gurus, but as to whether they have enough technical expertise in this market is another matter. They have over 350 IVAs under supervision already, but I would like to know the failure rate and the realisation threshold and accounting policies and so on. Thanks | nobel2005
18/12/2006 15:02 | I'm in this market and can't see any real USPs with MDCG other than they appear to have expertise to drive traffic their way. The problem with the IVA market now is that most position themselves as offering best advice when in reality this is unsustainable as they are all fighting for the same business. ELEP - any outfit who launches a subsidiary called 'Debtsmashers' cannot be taken seriously. I've seen first hand some of the IVAs that are being written and what people don't realise is that if an IVA breaks down the individual may still go through to bankruptcy. I just wonder what percentage of people who take IVAs are suitable IVA candidates. No doubt we'll see a whole raft of mis selling cases coming through next year leading to more regulation. | flc
18/12/2006 11:35 | OK I'll kick this one off.Does anyone have detailed background on this one? I've been researching the emerging IVA sector on AIM for about six months, and I can't understand how the USP of this provider. How does it differ from CLEA in terms of the model? Was it under-priced at the IPO , since all the other listed ones are falling/suffering from negative sentiment, this one floated at 25p and the went to a premium last week. The sector is looking crowded now, Compass Finance, Elephant(ELEP) are already moving in on the sector. I think OneAdvice is going to try and float again soon. All comments would be welcome. | nobel2005 |
