Hi

These are showing as a value in my halifax share dealing account. I tried to sell them online and got a pop up message to call them.

Can anyone tell me what is going on here? Was I right years ago writing this "investment" off in my head?

Any information would be appreciated

(EVOA) Evolve Cptl (Assd K&V Csh)

Comes up as a result of a search on iii. Is this any connection to EVOL.? My remaining investment was stolen by the company and I don't have any information as to what happened to the shares I foolishly hung on to. Can anyone please shed any light as i don't appear to have received any information from my Halifax share dealing account. Surely they can't just steal my invested funds at the time they delisted.? Looks as though they have though.

If i stole from someone I would end up in prison.

Thanks tt. I am comparing this situation to VSA Capital where at least holders have the consolation of seeing and dealing the shares on Capita Registrars. Do you know whether there is a similar arrangement here?

Is anyone left holding shares in this and know what arrangements have been made for selling shares as I don\'t see them on Capita website? Thanks in advance for any info, but guessing I am kissing goodbye to any money stolen from me by the concert party.

Offer closed and over half the independent shareholders accepted the offer so the concert party have 73% now

Not a high acceptance percentage and would have been less if all the concert party did not act in "concert" and institutions forced to sell because of their particular holding rules. What are/were Kimono up to? I believe that they have a plan of some sorts.

I only hope that if there are returns that we get them.

Ir4850 - most of the moves of evolve were questionable. The fact the offer is unconditional sounds strange when they say acceptances are 61%. The reason i'm not too concerned is i have a small holding... imho
ps - independant director said it as it is. The management could run evolve further into the ground but ultimately want a return,

suppose the directors only have to act in the investors best interests when the co is listed. As soon as delisting happens they pick over the bones... Another of Olivers pension pots about to deliver. I assume his % of the company increases per rata on completion... imho

This is why this is one big rip off. The timing is such that the results have not come out the company has been stolen for a fraction of its true value. And there is no one actually interested in the interests of the minority shareholders. I bought at an average 0.21p on the basis that I was getting in at about a sixth of NAV, but the bidders only offered 0.35p.

Tracing these back to the explaura holdings era makes me smile. Remember the new plant that was destroyed by the hard winter in canada. Then there was mountcashel with investments in the likes of xenova, cantab, peptide and card clear.

Very good on you and perhaps my letter as well as letters from others, may get something done. Have you seen what is happening at Seymour Pierce? Another bunch of Shysters who have been caught out , but will still get away with it as there is no cash left and they won't be called upon personally to pay the fine.

This may be perfect timing for AIM compliances officers to receive information and concerns about Evolve's underhand activities.

PS is anyone surprised that the Vandyk's would be in background pulling strings? Even more reason for us small shareholders to contact the authorities.

I really do think we are being shafted. The timing is perfect - just before the results are announced and the NAV is published. The offer is at a fraction of NAV and there is probably a shed load of cash on the balance sheet. I object to being ripped off in this way and never take this sort of thing lying down, so have written to the authorities.
