13/7/2011 13:35 | Hi guys. Just got a reply from Leonard Curtis as follows Hi John I have been told to give you an update as regards the above Company As you know Vivomedica Plc entered into liquidation on 14 September 2010 There will be no distribution to shareholders or any class of creditor There will be a report due on the anniversary date (14/09/2011) that explains what happened in the liquidation If you require anything further please let me know Kind Regards So it's all over then. I wonder what happened to the IP..bet it got snaffled up by one of the creditors..maybe Sir Christopher Evans as his fund ploughed a lot into this. Sorry for the bad news but I'm not pleased looking at my share cert for 1 million of these. | digger27
09/7/2011 15:51 | ..thanks.. | haff1

29/6/2011 08:53 | I think the last known was that the company was going to set up some form of system allowing trading - best to try and contact them? If any joy please post for others. Although I think this is standard practice that all companies state they will do and don't follow through with? pc | pc4900074200
29/6/2011 06:40 | Do the certs have any value and if so - are they being traded. Any idea where I can get the current prices. TIA | alwaysbanking

30/10/2010 17:45 | https://acrobat.com/ I've obtained a statement of affairs from companies house but as it's in pdf format unable to copy and paste so have uploaded it in acrobat. Not sure if anyone can view the doc by copying above url. It works fine for me but as I'm the author I assume my link is recognised. Basically the company has £4 million of creditors so nowt left for us. I would like to know where the IP has gone to as it's not listed as an asset which is odd considering the millions spent acquiring and developing Drugprint to collaboration status and Pathscore. Appendix 1 lists the assets BUT qualifies these as "Assets Not Specifically Pledged" which has alarm bells ringing. Anyone had any luck in getting info? | digger27

09/9/2010 10:55 | Got a letter this morning from Leonard Curtis stating the meeting due to be held on 31 August was adjourned and has been reconvened for 14th September!! Probably found an extra few thousand knocking about that needs to be ring-fenced and put in the box marked "insolvency consultancy fees"! Well they can charge up to £400 an hour for such sterling work. | digger27 |
