Got a further Liquidation payment recently out of the blue, I thought this was dead and gone but seems like there was still some life in the old dog at the end.

TD Waterhouse have now passed on the latest distribution which amounts to approx 1.3p/share.

In my case this small amount was enough to take me into a small profit on my investment :) something i thought would never happen.

if the liquidator ever writes to members, we will get to know.

after XX years of misuse of shareholder´s money..............treueger and his entourage should of course be scrutinized by the relevant regulatory bodies - but they will most likely not. at least the san francisco ballet boys may be provided with some new costumes - at our expense!

What's the stub equity now? Just a bit of private equity like Alacritech and Xtera. The latter seems to be doing OK. Might be worth $1m-$2m or another 2c. Maybe they will IPO and it will go ballistic like the good old days..

Another 2 cents per share being distributed. That could be it. Or not.

Results give 19 cents as the estimated liquidation proceeds. So another 2.25 cents due but could be more or could be less.

Under the liquidation basis of accounting, the Company accrues for the estimated costs to be incurred during liquidation offset by estimated future earnings. The actual values and costs associated with carrying out the wind-up are expected to differ from the amounts shown herein because of the inherent uncertainty and will be greater than or less than the amounts recorded. Such differences may be material.

Well that's it - at last got my 10.1p per share. Made a little at the end, lost a lot in the middle and missed out at the beginning.

Bon voyage.

Well TD Waterhouse seem to have woken up about the distribution, they are now chasing my distribution after i reminded them again last week. I even got a corporate action notice to that effect. I presume this also applies for anyone else that uses them.

edit: Upon checking my account the distribution has now been received

cheers adam I thank thats the way to do this. Lloyds will stiff me because they are basically going to give me travel money exchange rates which takes about 6% off. You can get a US dollar account with their international banking division.

Do you have any idea how much shareholders can expect after the 1st distribution?

open a dollar account with your bank and then go to oanda.com. you can than transfer the money into oanda.com. Maybe you can just send in a cheque to fund it, but their FX rates are pretty good. Most banks will screw you.

nothing received. chasing Cornman - no response; why should he?

what is left in the company? how is it managed? when do they plan the next pay out? is the liquidator independent from Treuger and his entourage?

just a few of all questions that should be raised - but probably never will be.......
