Hi Horace sorry to tell you but they NEVER reply they have this attitude that small investors mean nothing and are simply a blight that must be tolerated.

However I agree that money should now be returned and if it is then it will be a nice gain from these levels

I agree and tend to think, having read the year end statement that there is no likely hood of a deal therefore the company should/will be wound up and we will receieve a very nice cash sum. 50p in cash less the share price of 37p = 13p per share gain or 35% profit ....that will do nicely thank you.

The quality of the deals available to Ashcrofts merry band can be viewed in the light of the exceptionally poor deal for Shellproof a vineyard for goodness sake

The trouble is we have been waiting five years, so we could be waiting another five especially since he used up his other shell shellproof last year

Horace, Lord Ashcroft controls the company so he will have the last say

With a share price of 37p and cash backing of circa 50p per share this makes an interesting play.

Liabilities are almost nil so all to play for

hi, it says in the Admission to AIM document in October 2007 that if an investment target hasn't been found within 5 years then any funds will be returned to investors. That time has now passed - i.e. it was October 2012 - wonder if we shareholders can do anything about it?
