Todays closing price is roughly the same as the 2022 high (before division) and that broker target is about the ATH in 2021.

Yes, Singers waxed lyrical about it "transformational deal" but left forecasts unchanged until the CMD in Q1. They did however increase their price target based on an EV/EBITDA multiple of 20.

TU just boosted the share price a bit;

Group revenue, supported by healthy renewal rates, continues to grow strongly and in line with market consensus. The significant operating leverage in our platform is coming through as expected and currently EBITDA is slightly ahead of market expectations.

Comparing DATA with CNIC which also reported today, their relative values seem to be seriously out of kilter. On this basis, DATA can hardly be reckoned as undervalued.
