They are delisting from aim changing the name to warthog Ltd, subject to a egm on 5th jan, just got a letter from broker

I've not heard anything, I thought they were trying to relist on Plus after a consolidation, but nothing was announced.

I just got an E.Mail from my Broker saying they are trying to relist the Company or possible taking it Private after Voting.
Can anyone expand on this please.

So, what have they done with our remaining few pounds? Can't seem to find out much about them now, even the web address seems to be "available". Presumably we need some sort of confirmation letter to claim back tax on our losses?
