Marenica MEY (formerly called Western Australian Metals WME) has upgraded it's uranium resource by 120% tonight. (Areva own about 10% which they bought about one month ago). Will be interesting to see how that develops. (17c/share currently with the holders claiming on normal metrics of $4/lb it should be worth 75c/share

does anybody know why this one seems to lag the other property trusts in going up. I bought into this in July at 149p It hasnt moved much since then though its paid out a dividend of 1.75p in August. NAV stands at 161p on 30 september . It looks undervalued compared to other property trusts in the sector.

Another good day for IPT.
A good buy for me since my first hearing of it in December through an F&C mailshot.
Shame they will not let it in their ISA's.

Jal,
I've seen nowt, but I'll keep my eyes peeled. The main concern I have with TR Property is that because it owns mainly shares in property coys, rather than property direct, it's regarded by the pros as being not really diversified enough from the ups & possible downs of the Stockmarket.
Thanks for your thoughts,
