And so it continues.... Wouldn't surprise me if they would try and bid for the rest ... just my opinion!

Looking at the trades today it seems they may be taking advantage of the situation by buying back shares on the cheap (150k,100k, 100k) ?

09 April 2018
Servoca, the AIM listed specialist outsourcing and recruitment solutions provider, announces that on 6 April 2018 it bought back 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19.00 pence per Ordinary Share

De-listing because the shares are undervalued
Resulting in another 24% down
It does look cheap, but probably difficult to sell in future if you buy now ?

Typical Bob Morton.... He's been building his stake.... Remember putting a shed load in when these were called multi group. They then diluted holders massively. Held and added around the low 20's. Thankyou Bob

No holding thankfully. Sorry for those caught up in this. Sell at a loss or maintain a holding and have no idea what the future holds. Presume it could and should still have future value but who knows.

Tempting to buy but poor price action ahead of end April trading update is worrying, a leak perhaps of bad news. Not sure but best to wait probably.
