Good to see Craig Whyte and those associated with him are now being brought to justice. Perhaps James Holmes might like to consider his position and pay back those defrauded under his watch at Commodity Growth and other failed companies he was involved in.

Thanks Raa for an interesting link. I wondered whether he had changed his views after his battles. It seems not and I suppose that is really no surprise at all.

Has anyone heard of Nigel Peter William Smith of late?

I should like to interview him.

In a most serious manner.

It'll never be over for me with some folk.

Something interesting has come up regarding Commodity Growth. Are there any readers here who are shareholders in COMG. Nothing financially beneficial I'm afraid but interesting perhaps. If so, please let me know.

And just who are those folks in the Commodity Growth PLC Website.

The bloke looks totally uninterested (perhaps because he is gay) and the other two are posing.

Quite impressed though - Anomalous - did you take the photo yourself?

I read today about one 52 year old guy who placed a £2 bet at the races and won
a fortune.

Keep trying Taps. You still got 14 years to go before you draw your state pension.

When one post is made here there are 15 readers.

That is because folks are like those under the Gadaffi regime. Under the thumb and too scared to speak out. Hopefully for not much longer though. Judging by the ratio of readers to writers folks here will really go after the offenders big time.

Free speech is here to stay. And explaining oneself to shareholders will become the norm. Don't get ready for your state pension just yet - you might not deserve to receive one.

And no - not a repeat of the last update. The last thing long suffering shareholders wish to see is a couple of idiots and some brunette flicking her hair.

Spell it out in plain english and confirm that this company is screwed.

You owe shareholders that at least.

So, is it today that this company is being dissolved by Companies House?

Perhaps it is time for an update from the directors. And please kindly provide an update on the assets (Bournemouth Education Centre etc) which were flogged off to you just before this stock was suspended.

As for as London Asia is concerned no action group came to the aid of shareholders. In that case who did?

Well, they had two new directors (Keith Negal and Dennis Bailey)who recovered many of the missing assets and identified the offenders. So now KN has sadly passed away and DB leaving who has stepped up to meet the new challenges.

Meet the new chairman of the board.

Step forward Mr Buchler of Langbar fame...

And a basic google search on this company (which is being dissolved) brings up this list of companies connected through personnel or other links. Not many surprises.

Companies run by Holmes, Allnutt and some connected to Simon Littlewood.

Back to matters here.

I reckon shareholders and readers (no doubt appalled by the gross hypocracy shown here) want answers.

You shall have your answers.
