when i contacted the HQ early March i was told that something would be issues sometime in April It took me 2 emails and 4 phone calls to get this info nobody apart from the people taking the call seemed to care certainly not the F/D

Judging from the latest accounts you’ll be missing plenty. So after booking 800k in profit from the sale of the building, they managed to make a whole net profit of 30k. And a restated loss of 190k from last year. As usual the director’s statement says things are looking just marvellous. I’d say it’s time to ask the directors when and how they imagine the proposed buy back will take place.

Macleod, the company has undertaken to launch a tender offer in the autumn. They cannot do this until they have a new set of audited accounts, which will be Sept/Oct. They then have to apply to the Courts to adjust their share capital.

Shareholders should all be contacted in Oct/Nov with details of the Tender Offer, the price, and how to apply.

I have some shares in this company i believe they have now gone private and there is a company buy back scheme being put in place how does one activate this ?

Well I have had a limit order in with AJ Bell since Monday for 1p but can see nothing has been filled, so I can't imagine how you are buying anything here ? Very weird.

There is still a vote to take place with 75% needed for the delisting...I think it is the sensible option as the company is too small to cover the onerous cost of being listed

Why are people selling at 1.05p when there should be a Tender Offer at 1.5p in just a few months ?
