Regenesis says parties interested in injecting capital into co




LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Regenesis Group Plc. said it has been made
aware of "certain interested" parties who have advised the directors of their
willingness to inject capital into the company.
As a result, it has adjourned two AGM resolutions regarding its planned
delisting to consider this development before asking shareholders to vote at a
reconvened meeting on Aug. 11.
The software developer said in June it was planning to de-list from AIM to
cut costs as it seeks to raise additional capital and renew its bank facilities.

I see that RGN says their loan book is fully committed. It would be interesting to know whether the banks are offering htem a bigger facility, as it is plain that at present they have plenty of demand from borrowers.

So in reality £2.6M in cash which is making money and a market capital of £590K.With 39M shares only out there when people wake up this will rise substantially.

davep4 - I too found the co helpful and polite and am sure they have acted in all our best interests. I follow DAV as well, altho i'm not a holder, and they've been saying v much the same re credit mkts

When I spoke to them, I found the company secretariat most polite and clearly the company has gone to some lengths to restore trading in its ordinary shares on AIM. It maybe that tight credit markets benefit the company's strategy.

E-mailed the co. Update with figs in June, which doesn't seem v shareholder friendly considering they've been suspended for six months.

That's arelief. I thought RGN was going to lose its quote. Mind you, they're not in the best area at present.

After reading the AGM document I would look at this as a potential buying opportunity as I think there is some big news around the corner.
