Have e. mailed asking the following:-
I wish to ask a few questions having been informed today of your circular:-
1. Why was the companies change of name not notified to shareholders? I have checked the shareholder site and Barry has had my e. mail.
2. 8am appears a deliberate ruse to prevent the attendance of shareholders and I shall pass this e. mail to the FSA for their view.
3. How if the Capital is £1,985,017.45 can this be in anyone's interest other than Barry Mark's?
4. Who is the independent director or company overseeing the legitimacy of this proposal? As I wish them to please phone me.
5. Why are the registration and the company addresses the same?

The Company is still in business, but trading them yet is unlikely.
But not for the trash bin quite yet.

Guys - does anyone know what the options are as holding 125000 of these when they were trading on AIM. Are these now worthless, can be written off against CGT or tarded in anyway,

TIA

I can't see how this is good for the company, surely if they had fifty shareholders willing to put in £1,000 on good terms it would be far better? (Or £500 with 100 people).
I know I would rather put more money in than throw over half the company away for nothing!

£500,000 then yes but not £50,000.

I have e. mailed the company this view and also pointed out that the legal 28 day notice has not been given, so the General Meeting would now be illegal.
Especially as the passwords have not been sent yet for access to the accounts.

Yes, I have had that letter too. The new investor seems to be buying around half the company for £50,000!

I guess it is the end. Although, you would think if it were the end of listing for ICU, they could announce it right away. There's not a lot to say. I suppose there is a remote possibility of some last minute discussions. I would think we will hear something tomorrow, whatever.

The AIM-listed vending system company said if discussions are not successful
and no other nominated advisor is appointed by end-March, its shares will be
suspended from trading from April 1. Its shares will be cancelled from April 30,if no nominated advisor is found by that date.

Is that it then, is that the end?

Not unsurprised at the trading statement...my understanding is that many sales to the finance sector and this is the knid of expenditure that is being deferred

In isolation the results are OK although they do seem to be hit by rising material costs.
However they started the year with an unfulfilled contract for 62 machines so they appear to have run out of steam and are rather coy about current trading. No doubt purchasers are unwilling to committ until their financial position is more secure especially as they rely on ICU for the consumables for the machines..the Pac Con incident in this sense is very damaging to them.
I wonder if Mr Marks is there still with his £250k even if the shares he gets are priced lower than 2.25p??
