Has gone bust. Ordinary shares are worthless but the loan notes may have some value as "creditor".

The stock will continue to show in nominee accounts until all the technicalities of liquidation are complete, just in case there is a farthing or two left over for shareholders.

If you read back on the thread you will see a few posters were aware of their perilous situation and saw this coming quite a while ago and indeed made some very accurate predictions.

heard and its not confirmed KPMG are in doing some work.
The more I investigate the more bad news I find.

on a scale of 1/ 100 to go bust I rate this now as 98.

Well there is not guarantee major shareholders will want to support a placing thats so large it would virtually dilute the present equity out of existence, especially when some of them hold the bonds when they could simply eliminate all the equity and do what they want with it, which would probably return and float it back to the mugs who currently own the equity in anycase but at a stonking premium

As previously discussed on this thread it is worth millions as it is very close to the city centre with potential for housing, offices or university. Indeed on the other side of the road there are houses already.
