It is amusing (in a weird way) that MBU have called an EGM to try to scratch more cash from the company and that Avani have delayed it till after the Chapter 11 is implemented in the USA. They must hate each other so much by now. Actually everybody hates everybody else so it is kind of pure.

It will be dead within months. The PLC mas minimal cash and the US operations will end up transferred to Avani.

0.265 is nothing yet compared to what is yet to come. ONLY upside from this point onward. New chapter. New company. Killer assets. And in PRODUCTION."

This is BaniJuhina's previous post. He's only made 74 posts in around 3 years. Last year he seemed to be fixated on GCAT which has been suspended @ 0.275p since Q4 last year. If BEN is a dog then GCAT is an Uber dog! The likes of GCAT give gold mining a bad name! 🤣. Dodgy RNS's have been the norm for GCAT. A rising Gold price might save GCAT, but don't bank on it! 😁
BaniJuhina certainly knows how to pick 'em! 🤣🤣

"They ignored numerous red flags and warnings on this website. They insisted they knew better than old TW. And now with its subsidiaries in Chapter 11, Ben’s Creek (BEN) is clearly a zero. But for the deluded this is all some great conspiracy to deprive them of vast wealth. And so they have started a petition."

Avani are going to take over by buying all the assets and permit.

“27. Debtors further intend to develop and commence construction of a dewatering plate press or other coal refuse disposal or remediation plan (Refuse Plan) to address a major issue that has negatively affected Debtors’ ability to produce coal. Further, the Debtors intend to retain a consultant to develop a mine plan to enable production of 60,000 or more tons of coal per month for a period of at least 3 years (Mine Plan). The Refuse Plan and Mine Plan are essential to enable the overall mine complex to produce coal in the near future, free from the constraints on production caused by the issues with the refuse.”

And

“22. Notwithstanding the Debtors’ poor cash position, the overall mine complex is a
valuable asset and capable of profitable operations with adequate capitalization. The Debtors’ met coal reserves, coal wash plant, equipment and environmental permits provide the essential elements to produce coal very profitably.”

Dude old chap I have never spoken to any of the BOD, it did me proud but I doubt anyone will know for sure or ever get to the botton of everything that went wrong.

Time to move on or watch from the sides to see how the middle east works out singing the famous lyrics

There's a lady who's sure all that glitters is gold
And she's buying a stairway to Heaven
When she gets there she knows, if the stores are all closed
With a word she can get what she came for

(Not a reference to Paps............only joshing I promise)

The header to this thread, with the benefit of hindsight, always makes me chuckle. Ben's Creek was only the "Bargain of the Century" for around 6 months and it was never "Highly Profitable". In fact it never made a profit, not even when Met Coal was priced at over $400.

Right now there is a legal battle starting over the 60k tons clean stockpile.

Integrity say they prepaid for coal snd the trains went elsewhere. So thry oen it.
Avani say it is secured on the loans do they own it.
MBU say that it is theirs
BEN say thry can sell it.

The only thing certain is everybody now hates AW snd Iqbal.

More luck than judgement Charlie, but it got you out of your nest eh.

Out EST for 48%, a lucky wind up.

Good laugh and at least you know that you have fame or shame in share price books.

BEN, an absolute cracker. Are you still in touch with the crooks?

Or just smidgen along greasy like?

Cheers
