The FTSE General Retail Sector has broken out upwards. In the Sector, Allders is comparitively undervalued. Its chart shows that a major inverse Head & Shoulders has formed in trading since July. The neckline was broken and retested during November.This price action sets a minimum target for ADS of 210.DYOR.
