By the way, it was back on 1/12/2011 in Post 387 . that diver999 revealed his finding that Ant was either Jemima or Peter Hoskins. And sometime later i must have found further indication that it was Jemima, but can't trace where.

I certainly would very much appreciate knowing what is now the position, as it has cost me such a lot of my pension savings. What I have gleaned so far, from snippets and crumbs of information usually hinted at but not stated feels like a badly scripted "Who done what to who" novella.
Therefore, if you are willing to help in unravelling the mysterious strands of this sad story, I would be very grateful.

I'm sorry but no I didn't understand a word of that banks do not " pay out" they act on instructions You are right I'm lost I'm happy to communicate with the liquidator and find out what's happened if someone could explain in simple English what the issue is from my view point we've been lied to and done over so I wrote it off I can easily have a chat as a fellow ip but I already know we won't get a penny I only mentioned hnr as its not often a very definite play comes along , I was right it's up a lot I mentioned it here to help those who lost money that's it really If you want me to find out the real story I will it's just a phone call

I am glad that you responded, as from the beginning, I felt that you and one or two others were closer to the directors than the rest of us.

Regarding Mr Hoskins, human nature being what it is, I fear that we have to expect the worse, but hope that some degree of honesty may prevail.

prosadyl there is not much to say . The liquidator is trying to get Peter Hoskins to uphold his agreement to fairly distribute assets received via the bank settlement and he is not playing ball yet. I hope he will change his mind and reflect on not just his own gain but the suffering of shareholders some of whom have much to lose and his agreement with the Board. Anything else would be distinctly un-gentlemanly !!

I am grateful to the various posters who have given their views and interpretations of the extant situation.

I am, however, surprised that the creators and prime movers of this Board, who from time to time, dribbled snippets of information and hints of better times to come, are opting to observe complete silence.

Surely it would at least be courteous of them : I refer specifically to Sicilian Kan, The Alchemist (and Possibly Mike 111D) to proffer some sort of response.
