Interesting ... this latest release seems to be the company trying to alert the Brandts to the 15% holding threshold that they have built up between them now.
I've interpreted it as the company making a statement as to its desire to remain independent and try to bring the Brandts to the table, aka to flush out what are their intentions.

Why aren't these newsitems being reported in the uk?
