Ross Home Builders

On AIM as of this morning. Looks like a great stock, I have taken a punt.

They buy and develop Brown field sites in Northern Ireland, which is a rapidly rising market by all accounts. Turnover for Ross Home Builders - 2003 £108k, 2004 £341k, 2005 £797k, but as part of AIM listing have merged with Rosslan, which turned over £305k in 2005 - so rapidly growing company.

Forecasts for year ended 30th Nov (actually 17months from Ross Home Builders, and 14 from Rosslan) is £3,560k, with £1,020k pre-tax profit. Estimates for 2007 and 2008 are £4,272k and £5,126k turnover respectively.

Anyone else bought any?
