I'd give it 24 hours to sort itself out...yahoo has a company with the ticker MSS and a price per share of $447...which would be nice! It has changed the name of this ticker to Worthington, which given the whole point of this is to lose the W-word suggests that its currently WIP....

It appears that the epic MSS is already being used by
another company called Merck Serono.

Can you help?

Neither WNG or MSS show any trade/news/movement at all today...does it take time when changing names to trade?

I feel things are looking up here. Could be an excellent long term prospect.

young Beart is starting to get into his stride now, its onwards and upwards from here. Adventure is the name of the game, nothing ventured nothing gained.

I must say the new name is a touch racy - couldn't they have toned it down a bit to reflect the seriousness of the services we provide?

Beginning to worry young Beart may be a bit too adventurous for us.

Just spoke to my broker - nothing much in the AGM. MM's still bidding so we're well supported at this price. I'd think we will be at these levels for little while to come.

Looks like "all resolutions...were passed" and we're going to get a new name:

Worthington Nicholls Group plc
(the "Company")

Result of AGM

The Company announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held
today all resolutions, including the resolution to change the name of the
Company to Managed Support Services plc, were passed by shareholders. The change
of name will become effective following registration at Companies House.

I sold out of WNG last year at about 25p and its obviously fallen quite a lot since then. Can anybody give me any reasons why i should buy back in, any new developments apart from the new CEO?

I just can't understand why anyone would sell right now. I know there's a credit crunch but suggest selling your nearest and dearest before throwing these to the dogs.

SB is putting his money where his mouth is.
This is the clearest signal yet that the
turnaround is underway.
