05/6/2015 10:04 | Td investing have contacted me re 'Corporate Action'. | wetdream
27/5/2015 17:16 | Ask your broker to vote your shares. Most will be happy to do so. | qwazi
27/5/2015 16:51 | How do holders in Nominee accounts get to vote? | wetdream
27/5/2015 16:49 | I intend to vote against the delisting | qwazi
26/5/2015 08:58 | I'd hope that investors here, who went with the solar energy story, have long since got out or written off their investment and moved on. Powerfilm were always a 'hobby' trying to become a business IMHO and go whacked by the Chinese. The smart move was not offering shares to US investors! I agree with your comments on AIM. More and more PIs won't touch it with a bargepole. | wetdream
26/5/2015 08:43 | This seems to be happening more and more nowadays, Optaire also announced its intention to delist only a few weeks ago. I am now hesitant to invest in any AIM stocks as it feels more and more like gambling as opposed to investing. I hold no position here but commiserate with holders who are getting right royally screwed! | salpara111
26/5/2015 08:39 | Good to see some volume at last! ;-) | wetdream
25/5/2015 19:23 | Yes-the sloar market has subsequently collapsed due to Chinese oversupply primarily. | wetdream
25/5/2015 19:09 | Out of curiosity I have been looking at the AIM placing document (2006). PFLM raised nearly £10 million @120p giving new investors about 25% of the capital. Prospects for solar film must have looked very different then. | varies
24/5/2015 21:15 | Surely most investors have already written off their stake in this mistake. | wetdream
24/5/2015 10:26 | Kev I agree entirely.We are being treated very badly. | varies
23/5/2015 19:03 | Despite all that varies they are not making an offer to smaller shareholders many of whom will sell at a massive loss on Tuesday. Nothing short of scandalous. No position | kev0856153
23/5/2015 18:59 | PS I was wrong in saying that PFLM had $30m of liquid assets. As at 31.12.2014 it had $17m of net current assets and $13m of fixed assets. Unfortunately it is likely to be a long time before small shareholders see any benefit from either ! | varies
23/5/2015 18:59 | This company is massively over-capitalised. To delist the shares and not make a tender offer to smaller shareholders is unforgiveable | kev0856153
23/5/2015 17:25 | O/T AIM is just full of holes. Liberum, Plus500’s house broker, said it “was clearly a wake-up call that processes needed to be improved”. The regulatory clampdown is a blow for AIM because in recent days trading also has been halted in New World Oil and Gas and Asia Resource Minerals. | wetdream
23/5/2015 13:37 | The same misfortune happened to me with Silanis a couple of years ago; we should be able to follow this company's "progress" on its website. Here we do have liquid assets of about $30 million against a market cap. of under £3 million but can only hope that one day Mr. Jeffries (or his heirs) will sell out to someone else who might pay something for our shares too. This seems a distant prospect. | varies
22/5/2015 18:21 | Another nail in AIM's coffin. | wetdream
22/5/2015 18:19 | DELISTING.....always been the worry with this one.. | chrisdgb
24/11/2014 10:45 | Thanks wetdream | sladdjo
24/11/2014 09:39 | hxxp://www.prlog.org | wetdream
20/10/2014 08:40 | Look at ACTA , and another AIM heartthrob going to the ISIL of the London Stock Exchange | norbus
09/9/2014 21:44 | A 'yes' vote in the Scottish referendum will have little effect on PFLM's share price | wetdream
04/9/2014 06:34 | Another nail in AIM's coffin,IMHO. | wetdream |
