Are all the purchases at 6.20 being made by those who think there will be higher bid? Or is the current bidder mopping up available shares?

Agreed Amit, nice one with divi as well. I shall hold for a day or 2 to see if anyone else appears. They are the top dogs here and probably in Europe. I'd say 50:50 chance of 675p??!!

The market doesn't seem to be convinced that the 620p 'bid' will be forthcoming, let alone produce counter offers ??

Sorry but can anyone tell me if the rise in share price of BPP has anything to do with the share suspension or possible loss/transfer of business from CART to BPP.

Charts like that always scare me Booker, evertime i seem to invest in them the line goes the other way.
I will put it on my monitor list though for interests sake.

EDIT: It took a huge dive last May so maybe its time for it to start to climb.

I have been receiving a lot of praise from some colleagues of mine about Malpas Flexible Learning. On investigation I found that it was recently bought by BPP Holdings. Checking BPP's chart showed up an interesting trend. Could this be a breakout I see in the making?

Sorry lads/lasses but it's quite simply - a 1 for 1 bonus issue to bring the share price down to a more accessible value IMHO
Hence at least a 50% reduction

Exchange and UK Listing Authority for the admission to the Official List of
93,411 ordinary shares of 10p each.


These shares are to be listed in accordance with the proposed 1 for 1 bonus
issue announced on 19 March 2002, subject to approval by shareholders at an
Annual General Meeting to be held on 29 April 2002, and will maintain the
proportion of outstanding shares held under the existing block listing schemes
in line with the current issued ordinary share capital of the company.


Listing is expected to become effective on Tuesday 30 April 2002.
