If anything it's a wake upto to avoid a serial conman by the name
of treacle, the only reason he still holds is because he can rarely
bring himself to dump at a susbstantial loss and he decieved all those
on the RLH thread to buy this rubbish.

I think it's a refreshing change to see a person who would have no intentions
of holding this if it rose just 20% into profit get caught out and i'm glad my
repeated warnings i hope meant nobody bought the stock, i dont think there were any buys after treacle started ramping this.

The one thing that strikes out is his sheer arrogance, the news is abysmal,
todays funding is desperation substantially below the current price but he
cant bring himself to admit it !

A very strong avoid or sell.

Solo has just done their fundraising at 0.50. After a few optimistic posts about going back to 1p that's where the price has fallen to now.

Sorry treacle, but this is one to avoid. If anything it's a wake up call to anybody holding these types of stocks. I've dumped a few lately, I don't see anything but financial pain in them. Rather conserve my cash.

yes, but this is @ 0.01p... effectively, they are raising before the capital reorg, £200k by placing around just below 2 billion shares to that amount...

can i participate @ that level, oh go on..

Hoping after New Year, see others such as Solo which did their fundraising at 0.10p before return to 1p within months and same kind of investing policy. Our mate Smithy was doing the same when the price was at 0.15p there.

capital in the form of equity or a convertible instrument as soon as
practicable, in which Shareholders will be given the opportunity to

term. There will be no limit on the life of the Company, but, if the Company
has not substantially implemented its investing policy within 18 months of
Admission, it will seek the consent of its shareholders for its investing

Anyway the legend treacle should be online soon so i'm watching
for the dump.

Very generous mm's, 2 of them on 0.1p for 150k each so expect
his/her sale in the next hour, lets hope the mm are in a xmas
generous mood treacle otherwise it will be a 0.05p job !
