Seasons greetings R123! Just caught up, I missed that one, just read about it. It looks like his shares have become property of the Crown, I would have never predicted that. It would be a tragedy if Russian missiles hit the Poltava facilities. Came close enough when they hit the nearby refinery. I wonder if there's anyone still holding any OTC stock after it went private? There were going to be monthly auctions. I remember one trader managing to buy a 160,000 at around 37p below the 42p leading up to suspension and made a packet but I didn't have the bottle so settled for what they offered. In the end I didn't trust anything they said and still don't. My last investment in the Former Soviet Union ever! I did buy Vostock Scuba Dude watch with the proceeds to remember that time just before war broke out. Worth more than double now ?.Somehow I don't think this will be the last we'll hear about JKX and the fascist Kolomoisky.Good luck in 2024 and hold for gold!

Hi R123 just about to post the news about their auditors and you beat me to it! What a mess and like you said every investor must be thankful to be well out of it. Some did choose to try and deal Over The Counter Bernie Madoff style! Two groups of oligarchs hiding behind sovereignty fighting over control of Ukraine and PPC and those defenceless poor souls as usual sat right in the middle. I can't see Companies House allowing them to do business for much longer. Good luck!Just part of the auditors last ever statement. Not good at all. "The Company's significant operations relate to producing oil and gas fields in Ukraine and Russia undertaken through subsidiaries in those countries. Our audit procedures in respect of the year ended 31 December 2021 were incomplete as at 24 February 2022 when the Russian invasion of Ukraine commenced and remain so. In light of the invasion and subsequent events relevant to the financial statements, significant additional procedures would be required to satisfy our obligations under International Standard on Auditing 600 in respect of the audit of the significant components in Russia and Ukraine. In our professional judgment, procedures required to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence would require the audit engagement team to visit both Russia and Ukraine. Such travel is not possible or carries unacceptable risk to the safety and wellbeing of our people. Accordingly we are unable to complete the audit or determine if or when such procedures can be completed. • The Company's Board has been subject to several resignations and appointments during the course of June 2022. As a result of these changes we have concerns regarding the independence of the Board and governance. I keep seeing the Russian advance to Poltava increasing slowly week by week. They've already destroyed a refinery in the Poltava region, I think it is owned by you know who, and later put a missile in a shopping centre in the same region. Could be just a matter of time before those oil gas fields fall into Russian hands.

Just picked up yr message. Seems bizarre he'd suddenly be backing Putin, although I think jkx had some Russian assets it was selling. Of course Ukraine is more beholden to the west now, so if the Americans still want him, they might just hand him over .... Which would leave Russia as a safe place to be if they drop their actions against him

Hi R123. The link seems to be down however I did read the article a week ago and was shocked to hear that he'd changed sides and was now backing Putin's actions!? He certainly doesn't give much hope for NATO's attempts to support Ukraine to say the least!

HELL'S BELLS! I wasn't going to post again because I was disgusted with how the majority of shareholders were treated. I thought that accepting the punitive offer back in the new year was a total rip off, if I had the gift of hindsight, I haven't, the 42p now doesn't look too bad. We know what Putin thinks of Kolomoisky, Poltava Petroleum could end up in the hands of one of his favourites. Maybe if he doesn't move westwards this will settle down over time but listening to him yesterday he sounded delusional and hell bent on taking away the Ukraine's sovereignty and wealth. I do hope those still holding realise your investment and I'll be watching those auctions with interest. Fingers crossed for you.

If the interco loans can be realised into cash; a big divi could be payable.

Interesting.I expected a full take up. Not sure why anyone fancies life as minority shareholder in a private company controlled by these sharks. Or were there only 27m shares left in the hands of poor sods like us?
