Once you've got government approval with your product, it often get rolled out across other departments. Lots of councils and other government apartments to aim for, and thats just in this country.

Looks to me like a large buyer (fund?) has put a limit order to buy as many shares as they can around 55p. Doing this will clear out all the sellers; reposition the share price to a better place and hopefully allow it to lift off towards 100p; on any good news; such as contract wins.

a 10% move on tiny volume is encouraging. If there was rumour of a buy out or similar I would expect to see much larger volume. Contract news is more likely as my guess. Now they have got their feet under the table with the Government, it becomes much easier to get further such contracts. Perhaps that is where we are headed.

Im no chartist but that dip to mid 30s does a bottom. Certainly performance has been better recently with the long expected govt contract having been signed. Onward and upwards here IMO

Agree about the British ISA but it would be even more helpful if the Chancellor required all uk pension funds to have a minimum of 25% of their funds invested in UK stocks. They used to have 40% not so long but now only have 4% apparently. No wonder London is in the doldrums. No other country to my knowledge basically undermines its own stock market.

I think it's about momentum. Contrast the news here with intercede and it's easy to see why this is going nowhere. As I've said before unless the board can deliver meaningful growth then the best place for this is a sale process - and to repeat, that requires directors to recognise a sensible valuation, a dose of reality and to give up their gravy train.

Nobody seems to have patience with small caps anymore.folks are only interested in investing in companies that have already risen shed loads..

SWG only announced contract wins at the beginning of the month and folks are still slowly selling out..

On that basis that would imply circa 25m to 26m for this year. Perhaps they will have reduced the loss to a breakeven on that basis. It needs the revenue uplift to 32m in order to get the bottom line profit.I maintain the only hope for this thing is a buyout and that's why I hold a few shares - around 50k pounds. Sadly as I wrote previously what tends to happen is that management have a delusional expectation of value and the thing limps on year to year while they continue to take their hundreds of thousands a year in salaries.

Suspect it will be challenging. The contract news announced last week was worth about 1m in current FY. Let's see.

When they reported sales of £35m, almost £15m was in H2. So £30m is possible.
