Hi John ... last figures I remember are as follows :-

100 old share will equal one new share at 28p (so it is 0.28p - old money - so a 50% loss to closing price of RGY)

So your 18,500 shares become 185 shares at 28p each = £51.80

Might be more if it opens higher than 28p .. that was the price mentioned in Jan but now we are much closer to a supposed deal in the summer.

I think the value of 18500 shares will be very very low. Less than £100.

there is some worth now that MIKE NEVILLE has gone. Unfortunately one of the two directors who were appointed after NEVILLE one resigned within days.The company has some cash and I believe it is about £400k......you can always thank NEVILLE !!

=============================

He is still with the company ... your comments are funny and completely incorrect

"Mike Neville has entered into a service agreement with the Company dated 9 August 2010 under
which he will provide directorial services for an annual salary of £60,000, plus normal expenses, with
the agreement terminable by the Company on twelve months notice and by Mike Neville on six months
notice. He will be granted a suitable bonus and share options, which are in line with current guidelines
but are subject to shareholders' approval at the next shareholders general meeting following the
agreement on the bonus and the options. Mike Nevile's current service agreement replaces a previous
oral agreement under which he provided directorial services for a monthly salary of £2,000 plus normal
expenses."

Thanks for the update much appreciated, just close the draw for now and you never know 5 years down the line they may start moving again.

JB

===============================

Not 5 years ... just over 6 months ... they will start trading again this week

This new operation under the guidance of Tim Hadley and Mr Fellows looks an interesting spec.

In fact I believe its quite unique as I cannot find another company on any exchange doing the same work
