This spam being posted by Bad Robot under his latest username the scammer and is complete nonsense. I am not this Jonathan character or have I been paid by AERO to ramp AERO or any other company. It is complete rubbish started by Hulsey Smith as he is being sued by the board of Strat Aero and he has made that ludicrous accusation against me based purely on the fact I hosted the AERO BB and believed in the business plan that Tony Dunleavy was promoting late last year and into the beginning of this year.

There are other posters on ADVFN who know full well that I am not Jonathan Verney. It is completely false.

Finally someone has been caught out!

I have been saying for years that some people are paid to promote on BB's, and these are very dangerous places for newbie private investors. That document vindicates that conviction completely.

Well done for sharing it and well done to Shareprophets for publishing the link to that legal document that highlights the sort of dishonesty that can occur.

I'm sure this isn't an isolated incident!

I didn't invest here, but my late friend did, despite my urging him not to.

If this relists perhaps there will be more misery for shareholders that will be asked to stump up more funds to try and rescue the company?

it's called playing with other people's money, and it pays management salaries along the way, which is nice for them, rather than investors.

I can't believe they are going to list this again, maybe they are thinking of the ISDX, where it's easy to buy shares but extremely difficult to sell?

I checked my share dealing account today and noticed my Intandem shares have been deleted and replaced with shares in a company called Okullo plc.





Okullo plc (formerly GDI Media plc/Intandem Films plc) has successfully undergone a company restructure and conducted a Creditors Voluntary Arrangement.

GDI Media plc (formerly Intandem Films plc) changed its name to Okullo plc on 30 November 2015.

The company is incorporated in the United Kingdom (Company No. 05360907).

The company was delisted from AIM on 23 March 2015. The board are reviewing potential acquisitions, in conjunction with the company’s advisors and are intent on getting the company re-admitted to AIM within the current financial year.

Notice of the AGM will circulated very shortly.

I don't see their departure as bad news either, in fact I'm glad to see the last of the old Intandem team go but if there is nobody at Intandem working on film sales then revenue must be close to zero right now while costs remain.

As you know I have never been a big fan of Gary and the rest of the old Intandem team (bit of an understatement lol) but I'm also very disappointed on what Robert has achieved during the last 2 years since he became CEO.

Looks like 4SquareFilms are also doing more than just film sales:
