|13 Oct 2014||blackss||OK this is my take here having spoken to a knowledgeable FD.
Tom has a cash burn of about 400,000 per 6 months and it looks like they were out of money. In this situation a company needing £1m to see them through to the permit stage would be able to issue a share increase of 10-15% without a vote. The terms in these situations and with markets as they are will always be heavily in favour of... read more...|

|Thu 18:28||blackss||OK Put it this way.
You have invested in a company with no fundimentals. Fishy says he researched this ?. The company has no income , no product, no service. It has no financial history. Its imposable to value, its one asset has no present value and is dependant on a completely new untried commercial process that will not be proven for another year. Meanwhile this company wants someone to give... read more...|
|14 Oct 2014||rmart||ok, cheers for your interest. I dont have to justify my thoughts to someone who feels the need to have a go at me.
I know lots of holders on here from a long time ago and I dont like that the placing has hit them hard, but that does not mean I will not buy in if I feel it is cheap.
Do you want to tell me your thoughts? , on second thoughts dont bother as I am not interested on commenting... read more...|

but you bought in BECAUSE of the placing. You took advantage of the price drop because of the placing. So your comment does not make sense. If it wasn't for the placing you wouldn't have bought in.

|13 Oct 2014||gmb359||Excuse my ignorance but if Red Leaf only have a permit for mining the test capsule, ....then they still have to apply for the full commercial mining permit if the test capsule is successful right???. If Tomco on the otherhand have a full permit to mine, then surely Red Leaf/Total could commercially mine Tomco's Land....or am I missing something. That could make the leases way more valuable. read more...|
|13 Oct 2014||miket888||No, It's not surprising after a diabolically poorly managed share placing that the sp fell so much recently! Lots of frustrated Pi's are wondering where will we go next?
BUT, After 3 long years we are just one permit away from achieving all of the approvals necessary to begin mining Oil Shale. The Water Permit requires some more site work to complete all requirements but this should be dealt... read more...|
|Thu 17:18||blackss||For heavens sake you lot ! they just raised £1m which will see them through to the end now.
ebomber...come on this is basic stuff. If Total were to start buying here they would push the SP through the roof. Why would they want to do that ? read more...|
|14 Oct 2014||rmart||Yes, I bought have in at .59 and .54 since the placing, might get a few more yet. I still believe in TOM, just cant stand the rip off placing.

|14 Oct 2014||lovely jubbly||There were those complaining that they weren't offered shares in the placing. It was unfair as it allowed insiders to get in at 'bargain' prices. Well the opportunity has arisen to buy in at the same price as the so call insiders. read more...|
