It would appear we are in the "diddy pile" on the MSC/Cargill lawyers desks continually being overlooked as they concentrate on much bigger contracts. Crownos Posts: 318 Price: 1.30 No Opinion RE: 3 working days to go!!!!Today 12:11 From my perspective it certainly is wishful thinking on his behalf. I feel JM only stated end of Q1 because if he said anything different and said end Q1 early Q2 then the share price would react negatively, so he is just simply sticking to the current timeline even though my gut tells me he knows there's is very little chance of it being signed in Q1 and more like sometime in Q2. ReplyRecommendReport Post WongaFC Posts: 1,122 Price: 1.30 No Opinion RE: 3 working days to go!!!!Today 12:08 Well that was another hefty dose of jam tomorrow🤥Ver Now it would appear there will be no commercial revenues in 2024. I'd love to be proven wrong though... |

Posted at 24/3/2024 13:28 by jaknife Regardless, none of that changes the fact that somewhere, at the heart of Quadrise, there is a corruption that sees:(i) share prices routinely spiked in advance of placings, (ii) retail punters encouraged to buy buy buy buy buy at those inflated prices, (iii) so that market makers can go short into that demand and then cover their short at a much much lower price in the subsequent placing (iv) and Quadrise has been routinely doing this year after year after year. Posted at 18/3/2024 18:56 by hazl Quadrise Plc (AIM:QED), the supplier of innovative energy solutions for a cleaner planet, today announces its intention to conduct a placing (the "Placing") and subscription (the "Subscription") of new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.25 pence per share (the "Issue Price") to institutional and other investors to raise gross proceeds of £1.5 million. In addition, and in recognition of the continuing support from long-term shareholders, the Company also announces that it will be providing existing Qualifying Shareholders with the opportunity to participate in an open offer of new Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company ("Open Offer Shares") at the Issue Price to raise additional gross proceeds of up to a maximum of approximately £1.0 million (the "Open Offer") (together with the Placing and Subscription, the "Fundraise"). The Open Offer will be launched on conclusion of the Placing and for such an amount as, together with the gross proceeds of the Placing and the Subscription, will see the Company raise gross proceeds of an aggregate of up to £2.5 million. The Placing Shares and the Subscription Shares (as defined below) are not subject to clawback and will not be part of the Open Offer. The Placing will be conducted through an accelerated bookbuild (the "Bookbuild") which will be launched immediately following this Announcement. The Placing is subject to the terms and conditions set out in Appendix 1 to this Announcement. Interims and an offer we can partake in by the looks of it. Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited ("Shore Capital") and VSA Capital Limited ("VSA Capital") (together, the "Bookrunners") are acting as joint bookrunners and placing agents in connection with the Placing. Cavendish Capital Markets Limited ("Cavendish") is acting as nominated adviser to the Company. The Placing and the Subscription are conditional on, inter alia, (i) the Placing Agreement becoming unconditional in all respects in relation to the Placing and not having been terminated in accordance with its terms and (ii) First Admission. The Open Offer is conditional upon, inter alia, the Placing Agreement being unconditional in all respects in relation to the Open Offer and not having been terminated in accordance with its terms and Second Admission becoming effective. |

Posted at 12/3/2024 13:02 by sallad3 I'm a bit worried about Hazl's latest post:2288 of 2288 "The chart looks poised." Methinks Hazl needs to share the dictionary source with us. The chart shows the share price as "having fallen off a cliff" since the beginning of the month. Even the old "cup and handle" seems to have been jettisoned in favour of the newly named pattern of "there's a hole in my bucket dear Hazl, dear Hazl..." I can't be the only one to have noticed that Valkor's only news this year is that they have completed the coating of the bottom of the old Battleship Texas and it has just been moved out of the dry dock in Galveston .... is it to make way for the much followed voyages of MSC Leandra? and There are even tours of the boat in dry dock organised by Valkor etc .... Perhaps they readied the old Texas to be able to use MSAR whilst she was laid up? - we should be told! No sight of any cash for QED in Utah though. |
Posted at 08/3/2024 17:53 by sallad3 Weekly close on share price chart now looks like terminal decline to me in light of no cash and no sight of any customer receipts in the near term.Sale of IP rights is the only solution if someone wants to buy QED's max 50% share - £3-5m tops. IMHO and DYOR etc |

All deadline /Timeline missed on all projects over the last 2 years none at a commercial stage. 🤥 Current status with project all missed recent / current forecasted deadline.🤦 Management record on attracting II reasonable to poor, retaining their interest and investment very poor🆘 Current communication with PI very poor😇㈳ Ability to raise additional funds questionable. Last round hugely undersubscribed Performance of BOD very poor with the little information we have available.😱 Current share price sub 2p which will result in massive additional dilution should a funding route be taken Current optimism for some shareholders always suggesting next month or next quarter everything will come good this has been going on for years to no avail Recent AGM’s the BOD have always suggested its just about to happen stay with us🤥 Lack of urgency from each project is bewildering🤥 Yet I stay invested I love the story and what it could do for the environment. Many have said I’m foolish supporting QED I hope they are wrong🆘 |
Posted at 08/2/2024 12:14 by hazl It is clear to me, anyway, that this the best time for QED,as shown by the rise over the last 5 months in share price. It has reached a new trading range between 2.45 to 3p and further substantial news would push it higher, in my opinion. Poor pyg in desperation has gone over to the shorters thead in desperation to try and bring the price down. I cannot bear inconsistency. IMO |
Posted at 10/1/2024 16:31 by sallad3 kreatureYou make some good points...... Will my predicted 1.3p prove have been just less than 3 weeks early? Trio Petroleum share price has collapsed 90% in the 8 months since listing its shares. Even QED can't match that. Racing certainty for money for Utah and QED.....? |
